On December 9, 2021 in Haining Campus, Zhejiang University, the 3rd “Belt and Road” & “BRICS” Forum for Advanced Photonics was successfully held online, which was co-organized by College of Optical Science and Engineering (COSE) and International Research Center for Advanced Photonics (IRCAP), Zhejiang University. This event is aimed to provide a high-level platform to share new knowledge and latest research results in the field of photonics or related among the scientists from "Belt-Road" & "BRICS" countries. More than 50 scholars including senior students joined this forum and later discussions. Totally, ten experts were invited to deliver wonderful talks.
